Welcome to Comelity.com, please read these conditions carefully before using our site because they govern the sale on our website.
Comelity.com is the brand used by Centro Ufficio S.r.l. to sell prestigious products on-line. Therefore each product you buy on our site is directly sold by Centro Ufficio S.r.l., an Italian company located in via Roma, 4 - 33087 Pasiano di Pordenone (PN), and registered with the Companies' Register of Pordenone, Italy under number 50981.
These conditions may be modified any time and without any notice to you.
2. THE PRODUCTS WE SELL
We trade only original and high quality products bought directly from the producer. We don't sell second-hand products, flawed products or low quality products.
The products offered for sale on our website may not exactly correspond to the real appearance in terms of image and colors because of the Internet browser or monitor used.
On our website we indicate which products are available. However it is not real time availability and it may change during the day. Therefore we can't grant the immediate execution of your order, but we will do our utmost to satisfy your expectations.
Prices, which are expressed in your currency, don't include delivery costs. Delivery rates will be added during the checkout, but they will be visible on your cart.
Depending on the destination, prices may include also the custom duties for selected countries . We clearly communicate whether we bear all the custom duties in the shopping bag.
We ship worldwide at flat rates .
Prices may change without notice: please check the final price of sale before completing your order.
Being us a European firm, all prices shown for EU destinations include VAT . If you are a company with a VAT-number, you will receive an invoice with prices discounted by the VAT.
4. VOUCHERS AND COUPONS
Vouchers are personalized codes, issued by the vendor, by which getting discounts on the website.
In order to use a voucher, please enter the code in the box highlighted in your shopping bag.
Restrictions to the use of value vouchers apply:
- The voucher can be used only once, with the exception of returns;
- The voucher cannot be exchanged for money;
- You can not use more than one value voucher per order;
- The standard return process applies also for items bought with a voucher.
5. GIFT CARDS
In order to place an order, you must follow the online procedure, filling in the online order form and sending it electronically to the Vendor.
The order is submitted when we have received your order form electronically and the order’s information has been verified as correct. After the order has been correctly placed, you will receive an e-mail, which summarizes your order: the order confirmation.
If you live within the European Union our orders come along with a packing list, which is not a fiscal document (DPR n. 696 21/12/1996), but which can be used as a proof of the guarantee’s validity. If you live outside the European Union, you will always receive an invoice.
When you place your order you can also choose to receive the invoice, which will be sent via email.
We accept only Credit Card Payment via PayPal.
This means that any information about your credit card will be sent directly to PayPal and never to us, thus ensuring a secure payment. We will wait for PayPal to confirm the payment before shipping you the ordered items
We currently deliver through Express Courier or Italian post (it depends on the pack size) and we bear all delivery risks. We ship worldwide at flat rate.
About our delivery costs and time, please consider this table. We have adopted a flat rates policy, which doesn't consider the pack weight or volume.
If you wish to deliver your purchase in a different country (for example as a gift), just add the new address during your checkout and we will recalculate shipping rates (please remember that we currently serve Europe, USA, Canada, the Russian Federation, India, China and Japan). You will see the new shipping costs during the next step, before concluding your checkout.
We will promptly communicate you, whether custom duties will be due.
Orders are normally filled in 24-48 hours if the products are in stock and naturally after the PayPal confirmation. If the goods ordered are not available you will receive an e-mail notification. When we will deliver the items ordered you will be informed via e-mail. On the same e-mail you will see your tracking number if it is available.
Engraved items require longer delivery times (7-10 days) because of the artisanal engraving process.
We currently don't ship to P.O. boxes.
10. CUSTOM DUTIES
USA, Canada, Japan, Korea, Australia, Singapore, Mexico and European Union : Purchases are duty free . We will take responsibility for all taxes and custom duties, no more fees will be charged on delivery.
Extra-EU countries within Europe (Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, etc.) : Purchases are duty free . You will not be charged with custom duties, but you will have to pay a low expense (VAT, etc.).
All other countries : you will be charged with custom duties at the delivery.

Each product available on our website has the same guarantees granted by our brands through the traditional distribution channels. This means it is covered by the producer's international warranty: you may choose to contact directly the producers or one of their distributors from your country for any repair you may need, as specified in all products' warranty, because you bought a genuine, original product.
We do not grant damages caused by the incorrect use of our products and we are not responsible for any direct or indirect such damage.
12. RETURNS AND REPAIRS
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your unused articles. For a complete overview of our Return Policy please see the Return Policy page where you will be introduced to the straightforward procedure.
Only the Producers make repairs. Repairs are absolutely free, within the limits of the guarantee supplied by each producer. You will have to bear only the shipping costs: producers reserve the right to repair damaged goods with no cost incurred by the customer, or to substitute the item with a new one. If the product you want to repair is out of the guarantee, you'll be informed about estimated timing and costs. Please ask us for Producers' addresses and shipping instructions.
We can arrange for you the receiving and the forwarding to Producers of products you have bought in our website. This service is free of charge (you will bear just the shipping costs); however we are not responsible for any damage.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by Italian legislative decree 6 September 2005 no. 206 on distance contracts and by Italian legislative decree 9 April 2003 no. 70 on certain aspects related to e-commerce.
For any controversy we will refer to the Pordenone Civil Court.
