Our aim is to be sure that you are totally satisfied with your purchase. All products offered on our site are protected by a 20-Day Full Satisfaction policy , which guarantees a full refund for unused products.

You may exercise your right just by asking for our authorization per e-mail within 10 working days from the date of arrival. You will get back the full price you paid. To speed-up the process, please use the dedicated form .

The only costs you will have to bear are the shipping costs.

Your right may be exercised only if the product is in new and on unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for tailor-made or personalized products.

You can ship the product back (insured for the invoice or packing list value), at your own expense, and after our previous authorization at the following address:

As soon as we receive the returned product, the purchase price will be reaccredited within 30 days at least. Banks or Credit card Companies may delay your reaccrediting, for reasons that are independent from our will. We will not reaccredit customs taxes you may have paid at arrival.


The products sold on our website are the result of a careful selection, that considers also the producers' attention to an adequate assistance. Hence, only the producers make the repairs.

All the items we sell are new, original and covered by the official international warranty of the producer , valid for 2 years from the date of receiving (the producer's warranty can be longer than 2 years).

Our customers may choose to directly contact the Producer for any repair they need, as specified in all products' warranty, because they bought a genuine, original product.

However, in order to avoid extra costs, we suggest you to directly contact the suppliers.


All the items we sell receive a high level quality control and are doubly checked before shipment. However, if it happens that you receive a damaged product, we can substitute it at no cost for you, should you notify us within 10 days from delivery. Following our authorization, the damaged products must be shipped, at our own expense to this address:

If you choose a refund, the full purchase price (shipping excluded) will be credited when we have received and processed your return.
