Once the order is complete, you will be able to check the status of your order during the whole process.

We update the order status at any step of the process, so that you will always be informed. Once the order has been shipped, you will be able to track the shipping thanks to the tracking number you will receive by email.

Also, in your personal area you will be always able to see your previous orders.



Editing a new order


Do you want to change your order? It’s easy and you can do it until we ship it.
To make any change, please contact our customer service per email.

Please check the status of your order before making any change. If it has been already shipped it won’t be possible to change it. If it is in the processing phase, we cannot guarantee that it will be changed, because it may be already on its way! Anyway you will have 20 days to make a return!

Orders cancelled by us
